1. Discreet packaging

Your parcel should not tell the rider, the guard or your family what is inside. Every Beauty n Comfort order is sent in plain packaging with no product names or pictures on the outside.

2. Cash on delivery

Paying only when the parcel arrives removes the risk of paying for something that never comes. We offer cash on delivery all over Pakistan. If you prefer, you can pay by bank transfer and get free delivery.

3. Clear delivery charges

• Standard delivery all over Pakistan: Rs. 250.
• Free delivery on orders of Rs. 3,000 or more, or when you pay by bank transfer.
• Same-day delivery in Lahore: Rs. 350.

4. A fair exchange policy

Sizes vary between brands, so a good store lets you exchange a size. We exchange sizes within 7 days if the item is unworn with tags on, and replace wrong or damaged items free. For hygiene reasons lingerie cannot be refunded once worn. Read the full delivery and returns policy.

5. Real photos and honest descriptions

Check that each product shows the real design from several angles, including a close-up, and that the description mentions the fabric and details. If something is unclear, ask on WhatsApp before ordering.
