How to Find Your Bra Size at Home (Small, Medium or Large)

6 November 2026 · Beauty n Comfort

Rose Seamless Comfort Bra

The most common reason lingerie feels uncomfortable is the wrong size. The good news: you can measure yourself at home in about five minutes, and you only need a soft measuring tape (the kind used by tailors).

Step 1: Measure under the bust

Wear a non-padded bra or no bra. Wrap the tape snugly around your rib cage, just under the bust, keeping it straight and level all the way round. Breathe out normally and note the number in inches.

Step 2: Measure around the fullest part

Now wrap the tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust, again keeping it level at the back. Do not pull it tight. Note this number too.

Step 3: Match your size

Use your under-bust measurement as the main guide:

  • Small: under-bust about 28 to 31 inches (usually bra size 32).
  • Medium: under-bust about 31 to 34 inches (usually bra size 34).
  • Large: under-bust about 34 to 37 inches (usually bra size 36).

If the difference between your two measurements is large, or you are between sizes, choose the bigger size for comfort. Stretchy styles like seamless bras and plush sets are forgiving, while wired lace sets fit more closely.

Signs your size is right

  • The band sits level and does not ride up at the back.
  • Straps stay in place without digging into your shoulders.
  • The cups lie smooth with no gaps and no spilling over the edges.

Still not sure?

Send us your two measurements on WhatsApp and we will suggest the right size before you order. If it still does not fit, we exchange the size within 7 days as long as it is unworn with tags on. See our delivery and returns page for details.
